A fair contract: six rules

  1. Monthly contract for SEO Standard and SEO Premium. Booster Pack with a new website: minimum 3 months.
  2. You cancel by email. We charge no activation fees and no exit fees.
  3. Content we write for you becomes yours once the invoice is paid.
  4. Links earned during the engagement stay after it ends.
  5. Search Console, Analytics, your Google Business Profile, ad account and domain stay in your accounts. We only get access.
  6. You can download the PDF reports from the client portal at any time, and they stay with you.

The TOP 3 goal: how we measure it

  • We agree the local keywords at the start and put them in the contract.
  • Goal: a Google TOP 3 for those keywords within 2–3 months of starting work.
  • We measure position in Google Search Console (weekly average position) and in Maps results for your business address. You see progress weekly in the client portal.
  • If we miss the goal after 3 months, the next month is on us.
  • Exceptions: a new domain with no history, a Google manual action, and changes to the site made without us.
  • We do not guarantee the #1 position: Google decides the order of results.

Questions about the client portal

Yes. Every SEO Standard, SEO Premium and Booster Pack client gets the portal from day one, at no extra cost.

Clicks, impressions and positions come from Google Search Console, enquiries from Google Analytics 4 (form, phone and email events from Google traffic), and change summaries from your site code history on GitHub. The portal syncs every night; Search Console reports with a 2–3 day delay.

Only the people from your company we add to the portal, and our team. Each company sees only its own data: the database itself enforces the separation, not just the interface. Data and files are stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). You sign in with a Google account or with email and password.

You can download the PDF reports at any time, including before you leave. Search Console, Analytics and your Google Business Profile are in your accounts, so the data history stays with you. See the fair contract rules below.
